GTech Engineering Corporation offers 2-5-10 year warranty review services for all kinds of residential buildings, including condos, apartments, and townhouses. We provide warranty review services for structural, building envelope, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.

We provide a comprehensive review report that meets or exceeds the ASTM Standard E2018-15 for Property Condition Assessments. Our condition assessments and review report come with coloured pictures designed to help clients understand the true condition of the inspected property. We can also include a post-review conference, which allows clients to speak directly to the review engineer to make sure they fully understand the property’s condition.

We can also assist in answering the questions from the builder and the insurance provider and help the client’s lawyer for submitting the report to the insurance provider.

Depending on the scope of the work, our 2-5-10 year warranty review services can include an in-depth review of various building elements from footing to roof. We provide a detailed depreciation report and coloured photographs of the building issues.
